PROPERTY DIRECTOR

Our client is a well established and successful organization that focuses on designing, constructing, and operating retirement communities for seniors living in a maintenance free, park like setting. Since 1989, they have built 9 such campuses across eastern Wisconsin. These independent senior communities are designed for people 55 and better who are interested in an upscale and active senior living community. The position is located in a northwest suburb of Milwaukee.

The Property Director’s responsibilities include the supervision of the community along with strong marketing ability to acquire new residents. Other responsibilities include developing strong resident and family relations, providing tours, activities, maintenance, invoice approval, rent collections, and day to day operations. We require four or more years of managerial/supervisory experience in property management.

 

COMMUNITY MARKETING DIRECTOR

Our client has been a premier provider of senior housing in the greater Milwaukee area for more than 40 years. Their 8 locations offer quality independent and assisted apartment style living, as well as passionate dementia care. The Community Marketing Director (Sales Representative) is responsible for leasing units at the facility. This includes marketing programs and services within a specific geographic area to enhance referrals and perform other duties such as conducting tours, following up on leads, working with the families, and coordinating move ins.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the long term care industry or experience selling a high end product or service with a longer sales cycle. Candidates must be strong communicators with the skills to overcome objections tactfully and be able to develop relationships with older adults and their families.
