DIRECTOR OF NURSING

They offer Independent and Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, Home Care, and Hospice. Their holistic approach to treatment nurtures the medical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual health of their residents. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Nursing manages the staff, operations and budget for medical records & nursing services including planning, organizing and evaluation of the clinical care provided for residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation. A BSN is required.
MANAGER, EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
Our client is a non-profit, internationally respected transfusion medicine organization, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Under the direction of the Vice President, Quality Support Services, the Manager, Equipment Management will provide supervision and technical expertise to the Equipment Management Department to support operations in Blood Services and Diagnostic Labs, ensuring regulatory compliance and improved operational efficiency. The Manager, Equipment Management is responsible for a budget of $400,000 and has five direct reports.

The Director of Marketing and Public Relations will develop and execute strategies that promote interest in the community and generate leads through networking, memberships, community relationships, and special events, and coordinate the marketing, sales, and public relations functions. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Our client is a premier senior living community, located in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They offer independent, assisted living, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care. The Director of Human Resources will develop, monitor, and implement strategy, policy, and programs relating to the management of Human Resources. The Director of HR will provide guidance for advancing the strategic direction of the organization, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and requirements. The Director will work within the organizational culture of collaboration and teamwork, while maintaining accountability for key components of the organization, and provide counsel to the CEO and Executive Team to advance the goals of the organization. A Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or a related field is required.
