 Peter Flannery, President

Prior to forming his own practice, Flannery and Associates LLC in 2000, Peter Flannery was the Executive Vice President of Operations for Wisconsin’s oldest retained search firm.  His background includes twenty years in the executive search industry as well as several years working as a Human Resources Director for Stryker Corporation, a world leading medical products manufacturer.

Peter has managed over 400 searches in a wide range of industries including healthcare and manufacturing.  He has worked with some of the largest healthcare systems and manufacturing companies in the country on a wide range of leadership positions.

Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Susie Anshus, Executive Recruiter

Susie Anshus joined Flannery & Associates in 2006.  She has worked on senior leadership positions in healthcare (hospital systems, blood banking, and long term care) as well as manufacturing.

Her recruiting experience  includes CEO’s in manufacturing and healthcare to Clinical Director positions in hospital systems.

Prior to joining Flannery & Associates, Susie spent nineteen years in the sales of advertising, banking services, and consumer products.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
